Delete entries or the whole journal

Use an entry’s delete control to remove an individual episode or thing tried. To remove the complete local journal, open More (Settings), choose the erase-journal control, and review the confirmation before proceeding. Export anything you want to keep first.

Whole-journal erasure removes the local database, encryption key, and app-created temporary export files. Already shared or exported copies must be deleted at their destinations separately. There is no cloud recovery to restore an erased journal.

Subscription management is separate

When store subscriptions become available, deleting data or uninstalling the app will not cancel a subscription. Manage cancellation through Apple or Google. Restore purchases restores payment access, not lost records or encryption keys. Deletion remains available without paid access.
