Episodes, in your own words
Record dates, timing, duration, daily impact, optional fatigue and pain ratings, what you tried, and what you noticed afterward. Leave unknown details blank.
A dated history
Read and revisit your episodes with their context. A day without an entry does not become a symptom-free day.
Things tried
Keep personal routines, reported clinician-guided changes, and research-study participation distinct. Note dates, your goal, what you did, and later observations.
Reliable information and research
Open official MedlinePlus autoimmune information, ClinicalTrials.gov, and study basics. No journal details or automatic condition query are sent in these links; the study team determines eligibility.
Questions and visit preparation
Keep questions for your doctor, choose a date range and what to include, then read a structured brief. Changes require a fresh review before export.
A local record you control
Native development uses an encrypted on-device journal. Failed saves keep drafts for retry. Review, export, and erase remain available when paid logging is unavailable.

Planned U.S. Plus pricing is $3.99 per month or $39.99 per year. Store setup is pending; purchases are not available yet. Apple or Google will confirm eligible trial access, localized prices, and automatic renewal unless canceled at checkout.

An eligible seven-day store-managed trial is planned for episode and things-tried creation and editing. The store determines eligibility and shows the renewal date and terms. Cancel in store settings before renewal to avoid the next charge. There is no Focalward account trial.

Private by design
Your record stays yours.
The native development journal is encrypted on your device with a device-only key. No account is required, and there is no cloud sync, cloud recovery, or AI analysis. You review and choose what to share. Losing the device or encryption key can mean losing your records. Browser previews contain unencrypted fictional samples only.
SteadyLens does not diagnose, predict flares, recommend treatment or doses, or establish causes or treatment effects. Research resources do not determine your eligibility or enroll you in a study.
