Downloading the app or completing setup does not start a trial. Apple or Google confirms offer eligibility, localized price and the future monthly or annual charge before checkout. New logging begins after verified access; canceled or unsuccessful checkout grants no new trial. Plans renew unless canceled through store settings; cancel before the trial renews to avoid the next charge. A calendar month is determined by the store. If you are not eligible for the offer, the store shows the paid terms before you confirm.
AI features are not included in the public store trial. Paid Plus allowances reset each UTC calendar month: 50 successful AI drafts shared across appointment summaries and weekly insights, and 60 transcription minutes. Voice clips can be up to one minute; each successful transcription uses one whole minute. AI and audio transfers require separate consent. Local summaries and manual notes remain available during the trial.
Returning to an existing journal? Choose Restore a saved journal before setup, sign in to the same account, enter your sync phrase once, then confirm Download and replace. This recovers your last uploaded journal and remains available after Plus ends. Restore purchases checks existing subscription access; it does not restore journal contents or start a new free month.

Health access is optional
Connected health is read-only. You choose the measures and can keep cycle access separate.

You review generated drafts before saving them.
Can Peri-Lens diagnose symptoms or replace a clinician?
No. Peri-Lens describes what you record and can help you prepare a clinician brief; it does not diagnose, predict, recommend treatment, interpret tests, or monitor emergencies.
